Registered Nurse Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Bozeman MT
Schedule: Variable Days/Evenings
Shifts: 8-hour and 16-hour shifts available
Hours: 40 hours per week
Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing
Position Overview
Seeking two Registered Nurses to support day and evening coverage in a long-term care facility. This role provides patient-centered nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment ensuring safety quality and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct nursing care to LTC residents.
Collaborate with the care team to support individualized care plans.
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
Administer medications and perform treatments per facility protocols.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Support staff residents and families in providing a safe and compassionate care environment.
Requirements
Active RN license (MT or compact).
Previous experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing strongly preferred.
Ability to work variable day/evening shifts including 8s and 16s.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
