About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute plumbing installations repairs and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues with precision and efficiency.
Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices fostering skill development.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency plumbing services.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology.

Requirements:

Valid Texas Master Plumber license and relevant certifications.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing with a focus on residential services.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems codes and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
