Job Summary

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Scrum Master II position! This is a 12 month contract and will be hybrid in Wilmington DE on-site 3-4 days/week. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What Youll Be Doing:

Provide servant-leadership and mentorship to multiple cross-functional agile teams using Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum Kanban XP).
Utilize a broad knowledge base of agile practices including user stories retrospectives story mapping Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) Test-Driven Development (TDD) continuous integration pairing information radiators etc. to help create high performing teams.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning stand-ups backlog grooming sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Address team impediments and blockers collaborating with other teams as needed.
Curate and deliver Agile coaching content; host learning opportunities like communities of practice and training.
Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners.
Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards and maintain strong internal controls.

What Youll Need to Have:

Bachelors degree and at least 4 years of experience in an Agile team including a minimum of 2 years as a Scrum Master.
OR in lieu of degree: minimum 8 years combined education/work experience with 4 years in Agile teams and 2 years Scrum Master.
Experience coaching and mentor team members in Agile principles and practices.
Strong knowledge of Agile practices: user stories TDD ATDD retrospectives continuous integration etc.
Strong leadership communication and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in two or more roles within technology teams (e.g. PM UX BA Dev QA).
Knowledge of Lean principles Design Thinking and developing digital capabilities.
Experience fostering team self-organization and continuous improvement.

Pay Range:$50-$65/hr
