The Digital Business Team Leader is tasked with guiding a team of specialists (webmasters display campaign managers traffic managers and digital analysts). He/She is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of activities maintaining high standards for deliverables and fostering effective communication between local
operational teams and our headquarters in Paris.
Main tasks and goals:
Lead mentor and support the team of specialists in their daily operations.
Oversee the planning prioritization and successful execution of projects initiated and coordinated by the Paris team.
Ensure the coherence and effectiveness of digital campaigns across various channels (display paid acquisition web and data).
Provide regular performance reporting with actionable insights for optimization.
Serve as the operational and strategic link between international teams and marketing/business units in France.
Ensure adherence to deadlines quality standards and internal processes.
Contribute to and participate in the implementation of technical projects within the team.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree (minimum) in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- A strong background in managing digital projects and operational leadership.
- Strong digital acumen and understanding of key marketing channels (Paid Ads Social Ads webmastering and data).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or equivalent (Preferred);
- Knowledge in advertising platforms (Google Ads MetaAds etc.) and their management logic.
- Knowledge in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or equivalent.
- Knowledge in collaborative tools (Teams ) (Preferred).
- Fluent level of French and English (at least C1 Level).
- Strong Communication and Intercultural Coordination Skills;
- Detail-oriented and results-driven with empathetic leadership style to foster collaboration and engagement;
- Strong analytical mindset;
