As a key member of our Talent Acquisition department you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a seamless interview process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Smart Recruiter
- Assist in preparing and sending job offer letters and mobilisation requests
- Maintain regular communication with candidates providing timely updates on their application status and addressing their queries
- Support the sourcing and screening of potential candidates for various positions
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline and improve hiring processes
- Assist in organising and coordinating recruitment events and job fairs
- Prepare and distribute recruitment reports and analytics to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Customer-focused approach with a professional and supportive demeanour
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines
- Discretion in handling confidential information
