Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedServiceNow ITOM & ITSM Architectto lead the end-to-end architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across IT Operations Management and IT Service Management.

Responsibilities:

ØLead the overall architecture for ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules ensuring a unified and scalable platform.

ØDesign high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) architecture for Discovery Service Mapping CMDB Incident Problem Change Request Knowledge and Service Catalog.

ØEstablish platform governance standards naming conventions and best practices.

ØDefine CMDB models relationships data governance and reconciliation strategies.

Hands-on experience withITOM modules:

Event Management

CMDB architecture

MID Server deployments

Orchestration & Automation

2.ServiceNow Architect ITSM

Strong knowledge of ITSM modules:

Incident Problem Change

Request & Service Catalog

Knowledge Management

SLA & Workflow design

Deep understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes and enterprise IT operations.

Experience designing integrations with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.

Ability to create architecture diagrams HLD/LLD documentation and process maps.

Strong understanding of networks application topologies and infrastructure components.
