Were looking for a Cyber Business Analyst who will be at the forefront of a large-scale high-priority cybersecurity program acting as the crucial bridge between senior business stakeholders and NCSs technical delivery teams.
In this key client-facing role you will lead workshops to elicit analyse and document business and functional requirements for complex cybersecurity initiatives. You will be responsible for translating complex security concepts risks and controls into clear user stories process maps (As-Is/To-Be) and solution design documents.
A core part of your success will be managing a wide range of stakeholders from C-level executives to technical engineers ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose. You will support the project delivery team in defining scope managing backlogs and defining acceptance criteria within an Agile framework.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Business Analyst ideally from a technology consultancy or a large complex enterprise environment.
- Demonstrable experience working on dedicated cybersecurity projects (e.g. Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Identity & Access Management (IAM) Security Operations Network Security or Threat Management).
- Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills with the credibility and polish to engage senior executives and technical experts.
- Strong practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (JIRA Confluence) and a solid understanding of common security frameworks (e.g. NIST ISO 27001 ASD Essential Eight).
- Highly desirable experience in environments using SIEM SOAR or UEBA platforms (e.g. Devo Trustwave) and Advanced Threat/Endpoint tools (e.g. FireEye/Trellix CrowdStrike).
- Highly desirable experience working on projects involving Network Security/SASE (e.g. Palo Alto Networks Cisco Secure) Application Delivery Controllers (e.g. F5) or DDoS mitigation (e.g. Akamai).
- Familiarity with Cloud-Native Security principles and platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) is a significant advantage.
