Job Title: CNA LTC
Location: Hot Springs SD
Shift: Variable Days / Variable Nights / Variable Evenings (8-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $25 to $28/hr

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking CNA for an exciting opportunity in Hot Springs SD.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality personal care to LTC residents
Assist with feeding hygiene positioning and mobility
Monitor residents and promptly report any concerns
Work collaboratively with RNs LPNs and support staff
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
Adapt to varied shift schedules while maintaining quality care

Qualifications:

Active CNA license required
Long-term care experience strongly preferred
Flexibility to work day night or evening shifts
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
