Job Description

Key Responsibilities

AI Prompt Engineering & Agent Development

• Design and develop AI agents using Azure OpenAI services and large language models (nice to have).

• Create test and refine prompts to enhance AI model performance accuracy and reliability.

• Implement generative AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI Service.

• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model output quality and reduce hallucinations.

• Develop conversational AI interfaces and intelligent automation workflows.

RPA Implementation & Management

• Design build and deploy automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

• Develop attended and unattended robotic process automation solutions.

• Create desktop flows and cloud flows for robust automation coverage.

• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and platforms.

• Maintain and troubleshoot automation solutions for continuous reliable performance.

System Integration & Development

• Integrate AI agents with APIs databases and enterprise systems.

• Develop automation solutions across both Windows and Linux environments.

• Create and maintain documentation for automation processes and AI implementations.

• Work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.

Required Technical Skills

Core Programming & Development

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python JavaScript C# or Java.

• Experience with the Framework including Visual .

• SQL for database development queries and data manipulation.

• HTML/CSS for web-based automation interfaces.

AI & Machine Learning

• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI platform including GPT models and embeddings.

• Knowledge of NLP frameworks such as NLTK SpaCy or Hugging Face Transformers.

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering concepts and best practices.

• Machine learning fundamentals and model implementation.

• Computer vision experience for image processing and recognition tasks.

Microsoft Power Platform

• Expertise in Power Automate (desktop and cloud flows).

• Power Automate Desktop development for RPA.

• Experience with Power Apps and Dataverse.

• Familiarity with AI Builder for integrating AI into workflows.

Azure Cloud Services

• Azure OpenAI Service deployment and management.

• Azure Functions for serverless automation.

• Azure Logic Apps for workflow orchestration.

• Azure Active Directory for authentication/security.

• Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates for deployment.

Integration & API Skills

• Designing and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Working with SOAP services.

• JSON parsing and manipulation.

• API authentication using OAuth or API keys.

• Webhook implementation and usage.

Data & Analytics

• Data manipulation using Pandas NumPy or similar tools.

• Excel automation and data analysis.

• Data visualization with tools like Matplotlib.

• Database management and statistical analysis.

Process Analysis & Documentation

• Business process mapping and workflow analysis.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in automation RPA or AI development.

• Experience working with business processes and workflow optimization.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate.

• Certifications in Azure OpenAI or Azure AI.

• UiPath Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere certifications.

• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or Associate-level certifications.

Additional Experience (Nice to Have)

• Automation experience in Citrix or VDI environments.

• SAP or other ERP system integration.

• Experience deploying and monitoring machine learning models.

• Knowledge of OCR tools and document processing technologies.
