Program Manager (Non-Tech, Level 2)

Team Red Dog is looking for an experienced Program Managerspecializing in supply chain and manufacturing operations to support our leading global cloud and software provider client. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of supply chain production planning and cloud infrastructuremaking a direct impact on how next-generation cloud products are built and delivered.

1. 4 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing operations supporting production processes and lifecycle readiness activities.
2. 24 years of project or program management experience including coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving action item closure.
3. 24 years of experience working with rhythm-of-business (ROB) processes to maintain visibility reporting and status tracking.

Opportunity Overview:

Youll support key lifecycle milestones for cloud hardware products that power massive-scale cloud infrastructure making this a unique blend of supply chain operations and program management exposure.

How you will make an impact:
Track production lifecycle changes including NPI EOL and other milestone events.
Ensure readiness activities and dependencies are completed by stakeholders to meet lifecycle timelines.
Attend and manage rhythm-of-business meetings to gather updates record actions and maintain accurate reporting.
Drive action item closure across cross-functional teams through structured communication and follow-up.
Provide clear concise status reporting to stakeholders to increase transparency and operational visibility.
Manage both independent work (reporting documentation communication) and collaborative work (meetings 1:1 follow-ups).

The expertise you bring:
4 years of supply chain or manufacturing operations experience.
24 years of project or program management experience.
Hands-on experience supporting new product introduction and end-of-life processes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate status risks and action items.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Knowledge of supply chain processes production planning quality control and manufacturing operations.
Familiarity with standard business software such as Word PowerPoint Project and Visio.
Bachelors degree in supply chain or a related field preferred; PMI or PMP certification is a plus.
