Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER for our apartment community Patten West in Austin TX!

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

2-4 years of experience in property management or business
Prior experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager preferred
Excellent communication and listening skills
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
The ability to lead manage and train others
High energy and a professional demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
