Wills & Estates Paralegal
Location: Vancouver BC

Salary: $80000$95000 commensurate with experience

Our client a well-established Vancouver law firm is seeking an experienced Wills & Estates Paralegal to join their collegial and supportive team. Key Responsibilities
Estate Planning & Administration

Draft wills trusts powers of attorney and other estate planning documents
Prepare and file probate and estate administration materials with the court
Assist with the full process of administering estates including coordinating the sale of property and other assets

File & Transaction Support

Conduct due diligence searches and prepare clear comprehensive summaries to assist in decision-making
Liaise with internal and external parties involved in estate matters including preparing correspondence and maintaining professional communications
Provide additional support and take on related responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications & Attributes

Minimum 5 years experience handling wills and estates paralegal work
Strong knowledge of estate planning and estate administration processes
Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong sense of initiative accountability and professionalism
Energy commitment curiosity and creativity are highly valued
