If the position is aligned with Diamond Infra you will be seconded from Dow to Diamond Infrastructure Solutions until January 1 2027. Responsibilities

• As a Distribution Operator you will play a crucial role in the success of Texas Operations. You will work in site logistics ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our products to customers. Your responsibilities will include:
• Operating and monitoring distribution equipment
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborating with team members to optimize processes

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work a rotating shift.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Work overtime and holidays as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must have a current valid United States driver license.
• A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Loading or unloading experience.
• Military experience.
• Good work history.

Your Skills

• Risk Awareness: Follow strict safety protocols and use PPE to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Mechanical Principles: Operate and monitor distribution equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Detail Oriented: The ability to identify equipment requiring maintenance clear and tag equipment and issue Safe Work Permits for maintenance and project work.
• Communication: Communicate effectively and work cooperatively to optimize processes.
• Adaptability: Adjust to rotating shifts overtime and changing operational needs.

Physical Demands

• Wear safety equipment such as earplugs goggles and steel-toed shoes.
• Wear and use respirators.
• Perform frequent bending reaching and lifting.
• Work in tight or closed-in spaces.
• Climb stairs/ladders and work high off the ground.
• Stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Frequent lifting of material weighing approximately 55 lbs.
• This role does involve elevated work greater than or equal to four feet above the ground. Must be able to wear and use personal protective equipment (PPE) including harnesses with a total weight capacity of 285lbs.
