Job Summary

Job Purpose and Impact

The Associate Total Reward Analyst Compensation job conducts routine compensation analyses to support total rewards initiatives and projects. Under close supervision this job uses globally consistent tools and resources to provide data and insights in support of the businesss compensation needs or requests.

Key Accountabilities

  • PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION: Conducts routine analyses and supports the administration of the organizations compensation programs and practices including salaries short and long term incentives job evaluations performance appraisals salary increases and salary surveys.
  • PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: Supports the development of compensation programs plans targets and recommendations aligned with the organizations total rewards strategy and best practices based on market trends and observations.
  • LAWS & REGULATIONS: Helps interpret local state and federal laws regulating compensation practices to support the organizations compliance with relevant regulations.
  • STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Supports the collaboration with key stakeholders to maintain successful and efficient implementation of compensation solutions aligned to defined governance processes in support of department policies procedures and programs.
  • PROGRAM ANALYSIS: Analyzes routine jobs and reviews job descriptions and specifications applying job evaluation techniques to support establishing equitable compensation rates within the organization and compared to rates in the industry.
  • STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Supports the development and implementation of a compensation strategy that is aligned with the business strategy and department priorities in addition to market trends and best practices.
  • PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION: Helps implement and execute compensation programs and processes ensuring alignment with the business strategy and best practices based on market trends and observations.
  • DATA ANALYSIS: Conducts routine analysis on market trends external benchmarks and internal data providing recommendations to support the development and implementation of competitive and equitable compensation programs and practices and provides ongoing analysis support of compensation projects and success metrics to ensure optimal impact of compensation programs on the organizations goals and ability to grow.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Total Rewards expereince or related field
  • Minimum graduation academic degree with relevant field
