As the Production Line Leader you will be responsible for:

Ensure the realization of the production schedule and the day to day management on shop floor

Keep the work efficiency and order assembly OTD;

保证生产订单的及时完成率

Responsible for product assembly quality and improve it continuously

负责产品装配质量并持续提高

Assembly skill training and improvement;

完善并培养一线员工拥有多技能

Applicable safety requirement implementation maintenance and improvement;

所适用的生产安全管理制度的执行维护和改善

Hand the production line nonconformity promptly.

及时处理生产线的异常情况

By identifying and eliminating latent waste in production processes drive continuous improvement to boost production efficiency and output.

通过发掘生产现场潜在浪费驱动生产线持续改善提升生产效率及产出

遵守公司政策包括员工手册质量和安全管理的政策和程序

Comply with company polices including employee manual quality& Safety policy and procedures.

• 在职能范围内执行所认证的ISO13485和ISO 14001标准所适用的要求 确保所生产产品的质量安全交付和效率得到持续满足并通过执行改进项目使其提升

Implement the applicable requirement of certification ISO13485 system and ISO 14001 system. Ensures continuous compliance of product quality safety delivery and efficiency and drive their improvement by effective projects implementation.

• 负责生产管理包括生产调度和工作的分配以确保客户满意的质量交付效率和安全

Responsible for production management including production schedule process equipment& tools&

fixtures and work force allocation to ensure customer required quality delivery efficiency and safety.

• 组织有效生产技能的培训 认证和员工绩效考核系统以满足岗位要求

Organize the effective system for production skill training qualification and performance review to meet the position qualification requirement.

• 保证生产团队遵守所有苏州安玖公司政策和工作指导要求

Ensures the production team compliance to all applicable Arjo Suzhou policies and work instructions.

• 积极参与和生产相关的不合格和客户投诉的调查分析贡献该职能范围内的知识和经验以帮助问题的有效解决

Deeply Involve in investigation and analysis for process nonconformity and customer complaints contribute the know-how and experience from involved processes to resolve the case effectively.

• 有效执行5S项目精益生产项目以提升生产线效率

Effectively implement the 5S projects Lean manufacturing projects to improve the Production line efficiency

• 创建改善氛围提升员工的素质强化一线团队效能

Cultivate and enhance the production line atmosphere improve employee competencies andengagement and boost frontline team effectiveness through collaboration and problem-solving capabilities.

The skills you will need:

• 高中或同等学历或以上在机械与电子或机械工程方面有经验者优先

High school diploma or equivalent or above experience in mechanical &electronic or mechanical engineering is preferred

• 较强的沟通能力和团队工作精神

Strong communication and team work spirit

• 良好的分析思考和解决问题的能力

Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• 项目管理技能良好的领导和创新能力

Project management skills. Good leadership and innovation ability

• 5年以上工作经验在美国/欧盟公司有三年的生产管理经验者优先

Over 5 years working experience 3 years experience as production managing in US/EU Company is preferred

• 生产加工和装配加工有三年的管理经验者优先

3 years management experience in production with machining and assembly process is required.
