Job Summary

ESL Faculty Member

Location: Enid OK
Contract: 14 weeks possible extension

Position Overview:
This ESL Faculty Member role focuses on teaching adult learners essential English communication skills for workplace use. Includes lesson delivery student assessment and participation in program-related activities.

Responsibilities:

Deliver 610 hours/week of English instruction.

Create and adapt relevant lesson plans.

Maintain accurate attendance and progress data.

Attend scheduled meetings and trainings.

Required:

TESOL certification.

Strong English fluency.

ESL instructional expertise.

Preferred:

Bachelors degree related to English or Education.

3 years experience teaching adults.

ESP teaching background.

Familiarity with technology-enhanced learning.
