Are you an ambitious Restaurant Manager or an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to take the next step into one of the countrys most acclaimed fine dining restaurants Our client a prestigious Michelin-star establishment celebrated for its innovation and precision is seeking a dynamic leader to take charge of their front-of-house team.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Restaurant Manager
- 40000 per annum plus 5000 service charge
- Leading a team of around 10 talented professionals
- Working in a fast-paced fine dining setting serving up to 75 covers

Your responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
- Leading motivating and developing your team to deliver flawless service
- Overseeing all aspects of lunch and dinner service ensuring consistency and excellence
- Being the key link between the kitchen and front of house maintaining smooth operations
- Driving guest satisfaction and continuous improvement through your leadership
- Setting the standard on the floor: hands-on professional and always service focused
Were looking for someone with
- Experience in fine dining ideally within a one Michelin star environment or higher
- Proven leadership skills and strong operational knowledge
- A passion for exceptional service and an eye for detail
- The drive to inspire and develop a high-performing team
