Your Position:
Major Purpose
Major Duties
- Responsible for the Finance Share Services overall accounting work including internal and external reporting and related taxations.
- Create plans to deliver and review financial policies guidelines and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice.
- Develop and/or deliver plans for significant aspects of the financial management and/or control process.
- Support the implementation of the financial systems process changes and enhancements; ensure all changes are effectively implemented.
- Managing the outside finance resource and ensure their performance and cost meet companys goals.
- Continue processing improvements / automation and team development.
- Support global Share Service initiatives and projects.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of PRC GAAP US GAAP;
- Good knowledge on tax regulations and local requirements.
- Good understanding on SAP and SOX internal control requirements.
- Over 5-year experience in F&A.
- Good English communication skills in oral writing;
Desired Skills
- Extensive multiple unit work experience;
- CPA preferred.
Education
Bachelors Degree or above;
