Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Full-Time 12 Hour Shifts

Shift Options:

1:00PM-1:00AM (12-hour)
Every 4th weekend every other holiday required

RN base wage: $34.13/hour Differentials (see below)

Weekend (Sat/Sun): $3.00/hour
Evenings (2PM-10PM): $2.00/hour

LPN base wage: $27.70/hour Differentials (see below)

Weekend (Sat/Sun): $3.00/hour
Evenings (2PM-10PM): $2.00/hour

What Youll Do:

Deliver preventive restorative and emergency nursing care

Monitor health changes & update care plans

Administer medications and treatments accurately

Document nursing care per policy

Educate and support direct care staff

Respond to health concerns and emergencies

Communicate with families providers and interdisciplinary teams

Coordinate labs pharmacy needs and appointments

Supervise Certified Medication Aides

Assist with resident care and staff health monitoring

What Were Looking For:

Licensed RN or LPN (Iowa)

Current CPR certification

Ability to lift 35 lbs independently

Valid drivers license & ability to qualify as an approved driver

Compensation:
Pay is based on experience education and previous loyalty to Hills & Dales.
