Job Summary

Develop and execute integrated brand marketing plan to achieve marketing and sales targets:

Conduct brand and business analysis to define brand challenges and opportunities. Develop local brand strategy under global brand strategy and platforms. Craft aspirational brand propositions message houses and visual identities. Drive adaptive marketing initiatives to respond to evolving market dynamics and consumer trends with a focus on gaining market share and achieving business targets. Create brand-building initiatives to enhance brand equity and distinguish the brand from competitors. Oversee the performance and effectiveness of brand programs continuously improving efficiency. Drive end-to-end execution from concept to in-market execution. Support innovation pipeline and develop related launch plan Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop integrated communication strategies including media plans brand assets and sales toolkits. Partner with the consumer engagement team to lead and support key research/media/CRM projects with deep understanding of consumer insights and local trends.

Collaborate with activation team to ensure campaign landing in channels on time in full:

Provide a clear portfolio strategy brand plan with related assets to activation and commercial team Timely review of performance and identification of action plans based on successes and challenges.
Financial management:

Develop related business case to ensure financial viability of projects Manage related A&P under financial policy and guidelines

Stakeholders management:

Foster positive relationships and communication with Brand Companies cross-functional teams agencies and key stakeholders ensuring alignment with overall brand goals. People Management and Stakeholder Relations.
