实现年度销售目标
确保完成部门设定的销售额年度目标通过优化业务活动和客户管理提高销售业绩
推动各品牌动销活动
组织和推动各品牌的动销活动与品牌方密切协作制定详细的活动计划并确保活动的顺利执行实现销售目标和市场覆盖率的提升
承接并执行客户OTO活动
负责承接客户的OTO线上到线下活动协调内部资源和外部合作方确保活动的高效实施并满足客户需求提高客户参与度和活动效果
协调大客户总部与分部的活动
协调大客户总部与各分部之间的活动安排确保活动内容和目标的一致性及时传递信息并解决各类问题提高整体活动的执行效率和效果
监控和分析项目进展
监控各类项目的进展情况定期收集客户反馈进行数据分析识别潜在问题并提出改进建议确保项目按计划推进并达到预期目标
跨部门协作与资源整合
与公司内部的各相关部门如市场销售财务等进行高效协作整合资源推动公司政策和策略的实施提升整体运营效率
报告和汇报
编制并提交相关项目的报告定期向新零售总监汇报项目进展客户反馈及市场动态确保高层管理人员及时了解项目情况并做出决策

文化程度Education (学历/专业Diploma Degree and Major):
大学本科或以上学历
任职经验Working Experience:
3年及以上医药行业药品销售工作经验
专业知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skill :
熟练的数据分析能力
娴熟的沟通能力
主动学习能力
计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:
熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件包括Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) Lotus Notes等
赫力昂销售团队和/或职能的员工负有根据公司安排推广和销售所属辖区或渠道内营养健康非处方药口腔健康以及公司未来拓宽和/或指定的产品品类条线赫力昂含劳动关系雇主及其关联公司所有产品的义务与职责
