Job Title:Customer Service Rep
Location: Santiago - On Site
Salary:DOP$40000 Incentives up to 6k per performance
Schedule: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm DLS / 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Training Date: January 28th 2026
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The customer service representative is responsible for handling Sales/Consumer requests and processing these into our CRM systems. Orders are received by telephone fax and email. They are the customers front-line communication and help resolve complaints/returns. Provides help and assists in all the activities related to the department.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing Consumer/Sales requests via email and call center
  • Communicating with customers/sales reps-Product/program questions/Returns
  • Training and Education- Product/Entry
  • General Housekeeping/Filing
  • Communication with factory/Art Dept./Order changes

Job Requirements:

Required:
  • High School diploma
  • Strong work ethicexcellent typing skills professional phone etiquette strong effective
  • interpersonalcommunications listening skills and attention to detail both written and verbal.
  • Listening skills and attention to detail in both written and verbal communication is key
  • Advance English Level
  • Dominican ID
  • Live in Santiago
  • Able to work on site.
