Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM processes including Plant Maintenance module and its Integration with other modules (MM QM PP FI/CO).
- Conduct As-Is and To-Be workshops with business stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Process Documents (BPD) and Functional Specifications.
- Configure EAM-related functionalities in S/4HANA:
- Asset Inspection (Linear/Non-Linear)
- Notifications
- Maintenance Planning
- Work Order Management
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Support Data Migration (Equipment functional locations class/characteristics task lists maintenance plans notifications work orders etc.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements.
- Perform Unit Testing SIT UAT and support cutover & go-live activities.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users.
- Ensure compliance with business process harmonization and global template standards.
- Strong experience in SAP PM/EAM and S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Linear Asset maintenance
- Knowledge of integration points with MM PP FI/CO.
- Experience with SAP Fiori SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and emerging technologies like IoT AI and machine learning in an EAM context.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- French language is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience in SAP Activate methodology.
- Exposure to Predictive Maintenance and IoT integration.

- Diriger la conception et la mise en œuvre des processus SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM y compris le module de maintenance des installations et son intégration avec dautres modules (MM QM PP FI/CO).
- Animer des ateliers As-Is et To-Be avec les parties prenantes métier.
- Préparer les documents de processus métier (BPD) et les spécifications fonctionnelles.
- Configurer les fonctionnalités liées à EAM dans S/4HANA :
- Inspection des actifs (linéaire / non linéaire)
- Notifications
- Planification de la maintenance
- Gestion des ordres de travail
- Maintenance préventive et prédictive
- Soutenir la migration des données (équipements emplacements fonctionnels classes/caractéristiques listes de tâches plans de maintenance notifications ordres de travail etc.).
- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour les développements et améliorations personnalisés.
- Effectuer les tests unitaires SIT UAT et soutenir les activités de bascule et de mise en production.
- Fournir la formation et la documentation aux utilisateurs finaux.
- Garantir la conformité avec lharmonisation des processus métier et les standards du modèle global.
- Solide expérience dans les projets dimplémentation SAP PM/EAM et S/4HANA.
- Bonne connaissance de la maintenance des actifs linéaires.
- Connaissance des points dintégration avec MM PP FI/CO.
- Expérience avec SAP Fiori SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) et les technologies émergentes telles que IoT IA et apprentissage automatique dans un contexte EAM.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
- La maîtrise du français est souhaitée mais non obligatoire.
