As a UX Manager you will set the direction for UX within Ocean Transportation a domain critical to Maersks operations. You will lead a team of designers and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to deliver intuitive efficient and delightful end-to-end experiences. This role requires a strong ability to applysystem thinking leverageAI in Product Design and navigate complexity to create scalable solutions that meet customer and operational needs.
You will be part of a broader UXteamof 20designerswithinTransported by Maersk and report to the Head of UX.

Qualifications
MA/MScin HCI Product Design orrelatedfield withextensiveexperienceinenterpriseUX andcomplexsystems.
Proven experience as apeople manager with strong leadership and coaching skills.
Expertiseinsystem thinkingand designing for interconnected processes.
Experience in delivering frameworks for scalable designs across platforms.
Strong visual design sense and ability to create scalable design systems.
Experience working inagile and iterative environments ideally during large-scale transformations.
Excellent problem-solving skills analytical mindset and ability to simplify complexity.
Strong communicationskills for articulating design rationale and influencing stakeholders.
Experience withAI-driven designapproachesor data-informedUX.Familiaritywith designtoolsand AIpoweredworkprocessessuchas inFigma Lovable.
7yearsinUX design with 2yearsleadingandscalingdesign teams.
