Job Summary
- Creating a consumer-centric pipeline of range architecture in partnership with the Head of marketing master distiller & winemaker
- Leading the development of specific innovations and project management through stage gate from Stage 0 through to Post Launch analysis
- Collaborating and interacting with Market companies(China ) Insights COEs packaging team master distiller distillery production team to deliver a pipeline that meets the needs of the key defined markets.
- Developing NPDs including product concept/Pricing COGs and volume commitment by markets.
- Developing seasonal gift offer
- Landing NPD programs following GATE process.
