Key Responsibilities:
Perform a full range of clinical testing within the POCT environment.
Ensure accurate precise and timely specimen analysis.
Maintain calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
Follow all laboratory protocols safety regulations and compliance standards.
Document and report results in accordance with departmental policies.
Collaborate with nurses physicians and clinical staff to support patient care.
Participate in quality control quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
