Location: Norwood OH 45212
Duration: 16 Weeks
Schedule: 7AM3PM; 7AM5PM; or 9AM6PM
Pay Rate: $40$45/hr
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Provider Integration Specialistfor an exciting job in Norwood OH.
Responsibilities:
Lead onboarding and integration for new providers from contract to start date.
Coordinate provider moves added locations and departures ensuring all tasks and handoffs are completed.
Drive process improvement and project initiatives to enhance integration workflows.
Maintain timelines manage priorities and collaborate with all involved departments.
Required Skills:
5 years in healthcare process improvement or project management.
Lean/Six Sigma knowledge; familiarity with performance improvement tools.
Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities professionally and efficiently.
