Job Summary
Responsible for developing delivering and managing comprehensive coding education and quality improvement programs for professional and hospital coding staff. This role ensures coders are equipped with the knowledge skills and resources needed to accurately assign medical codes maintain compliance with national guidelines and support overall revenue cycle performance. The position collaborates closely with Coding Operations Quality Assurance Central Auditing Group Practice Management and Revenue Integrity to improve coding accuracy strengthen documentation practices and reduce avoidable denialsQualifications

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to deliver training content effectively and interact with diverse learners.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate coding accuracy identify training needs and measure training effectiveness.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians coding staff trainers managers and other stakeholders.
