Job Summary
ESL Program Instructor
Location: Enid OK
Hours: 715 weekly 14 week term
Position Summary:
Seeking an ESL Program Instructor to support adult learners by delivering workplace-focused English instruction. Involves lesson facilitation progress tracking and participation in educational meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Lead 610 hours/week of ESL/ESP classes.
- Prepare and adapt lesson materials.
- Maintain accurate attendance and progress logs.
- Participate in required meetings and workshops.
Required:
- TESOL certification.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Understanding of ESL instructional practices.
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in a related area.
- 3 years adult ESL teaching.
- ESP teaching experience.
- Proficiency with digital learning tools.
