Job Summary

Job Title : ACA Marketplace IT Program Manager (Eligibility & Enrollment Medicaid DB2/Oracle SQL)

Location: Menands NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience managing large complex IT projects with budgets of $100 million or more requiring frequent interaction and communication with executive-level stakeholders.
Experience supporting IT implementations of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) such as state-based Marketplaces (e.g. New York State of Health) including automated eligibility determination and enrollment into selected health plans (excluding healthcare delivery or claims processing systems).
Experience supporting Change Request development activities related to the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid including designing proposed solutions defining technical requirements for business and operational systems and supporting end-to-end implementation.
Proven experience analyzing and developing business and operational processes associated with the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid programs.
Strong experience writing complex SQL queries stored procedures triggers and functions in DB2 and/or Oracle environments to support data extraction and integration across multi-terabyte databases.
Experience performing data interrogation analysis and profiling including the creation of detailed analytical reports and executive-level summaries.
Experience managing projects and supervising technical and functional staff; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
