Job Summary
Outpatient/Inpatient Physical Therapist
Contract Multiple Locations $40$55/hr
Overview
This role provides Physical Therapy services across various care settings focusing on functional improvement and patient independence.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess physical conditions and establish rehab strategies.
- Deliver therapeutic exercises and manual techniques.
- Use specialized therapy equipment.
- Modify treatment plans based on patient outcomes.
- Offer patient and family education.
- Collaborate with care teams for continuity.
- Keep accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications
- PT degree and state licensure.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience preferred but not required.
