Position Overview:

As a PRN Physical Therapist in Manitowoc you will:

Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents physical function and mobility
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions focused on safety strength and independence
Educate residents and caregivers on mobility strategies and fall prevention
Recommend appropriate assistive devices and environmental modifications
Complete accurate timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with nursing and therapy team members to provide holistic person-centered care

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors masters or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
