SAPs growth strategy is firmly rooted in co-innovation and close collaboration with Global Strategic Services Partners (GSSPs). As a Partner Services Manager you will be responsible for the comprehensive end-to-end management of key GSSP relationshipsserving as an ambassador for both SAP to the Partner and the Partner to SAP. Proactively driving partner development you will leverage a disciplined business planning approach to expand partner engagement in alignment with SAPs strategic priorities and the Customer Value Journey.

This field-based revenue-focused position requires you to orchestrate SAP resources to maximize the partners SAP business potential stimulate demand generation elevate partner capabilities and champion joint innovation. Through your leadership you will enable mutual growth and lasting value for both SAP and its strategic partners.

What youll do Partners Ecosystem Management (Strategic)

  • Act as the primary orchestrator and thought leader for all aspects of the GSSP relationship engaging stakeholders across the customer value journey.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans influence partner investment and lead performance alignment with SAP and Partner teams.
  • Oversee account planning board-level engagement and foster strong executive relationships between SAP and partner leadership.
  • Guide partners to embrace SAPs Go-to-Market strategy drive demand generation and implement pipeline development initiatives to achieve growth targets.
  • Facilitate joint marketing demand generation and opportunity qualification to deliver outcomes in new business revenue and customer references.
  • Track key partner KPIs identify opportunities for co-innovation and co-develop joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Enhance partner capabilities through effective training solution positioning and leveraging SAP resources.
  • Drive the expansion and adoption of SAPs suite increase cloud usage support clean core adherence and foster innovation in AI and consultant certification.

What youll bring

  • Track record in driving partner value creation revenue and customer success.
  • Expertise in governance stakeholder management and orchestrating relationships across complex ecosystems.
  • Over ten years in partner-facing roles (such as enterprise software sales enablement consulting) with preference for SAP partnership experience and a bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership skills in business development demand generation and sales enablement.
  • Excellent executive communication presentation and analytical skills.
  • High energy innovative collaborative and able to drive best practices with both autonomy and teamwork.
  • In-depth local market and industry knowledge.

Soft Skills

  • Executive presence and advanced relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with creativity strong project management and commercial skills (especially in subscription/cloud models).
  • Resilient and results-driven skilled at navigating complexity and building trust during challenges.

SAP Specific Knowledge

  • Strong grasp of SAPs ecosystem strategy partner programs commercial and cloud models.
  • Expertise with SAPs solution portfolio Customer Value Journey and cross-functional resources.
  • Ability to build networks and navigate SAPs processes tools and systems to support partner and customer success.
