Develop and steward the comprehensive Brand Visual Identity Guideline ensuring all creative outputs are on-brand and premium.
2. Creative Campaign & Asset Development
Conceive and lead the development of the campaign big idea and all associated creative assets including:
oLocal ATL campaigns across all media.
oCore digital assets for key launches and brand moments.
oCreative assets for product innovations and limited editions.
oEnsure all creative is tailored to market specifications while upholding global brand prestige.
3. Owned & Influenced Channels Strategy
Develop the social media content strategy and calendar for owned channels (e.g. Instagram Xiaohongshu/Red Note).
Establish social media guidelines to elevate content quality and brand perception.
Architect the brands influencer collaboration program and strategic sponsorship partnership
4. Operational Excellence & Market Collaboration
Lead the development of the integrated Brand Playbook providing clear guidelines from ATL to BTL for market teams.
Serve as the key liaison for Market companies (China HK SG MY TW GTR) partnering with Insights team to translate local consumer insight into actionable creative needs.
Manage and nurture relationships with creative agencies and strategic partners to deliver best-in-class work.
