The role ensures that Health and Safety requirements are adhered to and that the work is performed on time efficiently and within budget.

Responsibilities- Train and mentor FS team members.
- Maintain all confined space and emergency response procedures.
- Organize and coordinate crews assign tasks and ensure required equipment is on-site.
- Ensure all contractual requirements are adhered to.
- Prepare project status reports and manage change orders before additional work proceeds.
- Respond quickly to emergencies; participate in on-call rotations travel and scheduled/unscheduled work.
- Accurately complete and submit daily worksheets for billing.
- Ensure all health and safety requirements are met on assigned projects.
- Promptly report any work-related accidents or incidents.
Qualifications- 5 years in a Foreman or similar leadership role
- Experience in Environmental Field Services highly preferred.
- Knowledge of chemical handling industrial waste and emergency response highly preferred.
- Class 5 license with clean record and reliable transportation to commute.
- Strong understanding of manpower/equipment needs; capable of training and mentoring.
- Spill Response experience highly preferred.
- Willing to work after hours for emergency response purposes.
- Willing to work out of town for extended periods of time.
- Willing to work night shift.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft teams excel and word.
