We currently have 14 operating centres across NSW and VIC catering for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age.

We are entirely Australian and privately owned and operated employing over 300 professionals and supporting over 2500 children.

About The Centre

Thrive Mount Druitt located in Western Sydney is our brand-new purpose-built centre.

The leadership team values the importance of a healthy work/life balance which is shown through their effective teamwork in sharing responsibilities.

The team in Mount Druitt have on going support from their Centre Leader Assistant Centre Leader and Educational Leader who provide adequate programming time and encourage all educators to contribute.

About The Role

Thrive Mount Druitt has an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in early education and is ready to start their career in the sector.

This traineeship will see you be part of a dynamic early learning group that is renowned for its passion and investment in their people.

You will be supported mentored and earn $$ whilst you study!

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a role for those already enrolled and studying towards their Certificate III qualification.

Your role as a Trainee:

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children families and fellow educators
  • Actively contribute to the educational program observations and documentation using informal opportunities to communicate regularly about childrens progress to families
  • Provide assistance to other Educators in the room
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
  • Maintain effective communication with parents
  • Prepare the childrens play and learning materials for the days experiences.
  • Guide children through daily routines and rituals. Be part of the experience as children explore their environment

The successful candidate must:

  • Have a genuine interest in a long-term career in the Early Childhood Education sector
  • Be able to commit to a 12-18 month traineeship program
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
