To be eligible for the position you will need to have acompleted Certificate IIIin Early Childhood Education and Care a currentFirst AidandCPRCertificate a currentWorking with Children Check and aChild ProtectionCertificate. The role requires full time availability. These qualifications and availability are essential to ensure a safe and supportive environment for children while meeting the requirements of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire children through play-based learning and engaging experiences.
- Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
- Create a safe inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience.
- Build strong relationships with children families and team members.
- Document and celebrate childrens developmental milestones.
- Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
