Boeing Global Services is looking for a Program Manager of Sustainment and Product Support to join the T-7 Program team. The Program Manager will be able to join the team from Berkeley MO.

Position Responsibilities:

Strategically plan integrate and lead the T-7 Sustainment and Product Support Maintenance Concept Team aligned to program requirements. Implement Program Management Best Practices to ensure performance to CDRL development and activation requirements while providing technical cost schedule and performance oversight to move through the USAF Depot Source of Repair (DSOR) and Depot Maintenance Activations Working Group (DMAWG) process. The role will oversee the eventual activation of Intermediate and Depot level repair shops. Establish and communicate objectives and goals to ensure common direction and desired results. Develop and implement plans to communicate status performance issues and actions. Promote rapid resolution to issues and drive continuous improvements.

  • Strategic development integration and coordination across all Product Support functional teams such as SEIT Provisioning Technical Publications Product Support Analysis Training Support Equipment Supplier Management Finance and Integrated Planning and Scheduling with a high degree of technical understanding of the DSOR and DMAWG process.
  • Direct leadership responsibility for ensuring customer requirements for Maintenance Concept Development and Activation for Product Support Services are achieved.
  • Programmatic organizational and operational strategies that result in world class execution and exceptional customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Frequent customer and supplier contact with representatives of the U.S. Government and key T-7 suppliers which is key to maintaining a positive Boeing image developing a trusting customer & supplier partnership and gaining knowledge of customer requirements for execution.
  • Responsibility includes delivery of maintenance concept CDRLS the resolution of supplier data gaps for CDRL development and the execution of supplier engagement strategies to align Boeing Government and Supplier requirements for data with Organic Depot and OEM Repair facilities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5 years of Program Management experience in large complex programs or organizational leadership roles
  • 5 years of experience working directly with executives or senior leaders
  • 3 years of experience working directly with U.S. government programs
  • Demonstrated experience leading through influence working with specific and ambiguous statements of work and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years of Program Management experience in a matrix environment developing maintenance concepts and successfully navigating the DSORS/DMAWG process
  • Dynamic leadership experience in complex multi-year programs
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer and supplier relationships
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Experience with critical business and financial acumen including risk issue and opportunity (RIO) management that drive performance outcomes
