As a Store Experience Sr Project Manager you are responsible for developing and driving end-to-end project plans for specific categories and businesses ensuring those projects meet budget and timing parameters. Youll leverage your excellent communication and time management skills to manage your project plans in collaboration with key enterprise stakeholders and ensure cross-functional partners are meeting deadlines. You will schedule and manage the review cadence and creative milestones and identify solutions where needed to overcome obstacles. Additionally youll raise risk throughout the process appropriately to ensure operational excellence is achieved and seek creative solutions to overcome obstacles and/or problem solve with the team as needed. You will foster team dynamics through coaching and translation of project management approach and participate in Culture Initiatives focusing on personal behavioral growth. About you:
4-year college degree or equivalent experience
5 years of Project Management or Marketing Operations experience
Proven experience in project management: high performing with the ability to execute multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage through ambiguity
