Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination
support to the Second Building Project team. This role combines high-level administrative expertise
with project coordination responsibilities ensuring effective communication scheduling
documentation and logistical support for project activities. The position works closely with the
project team(s) including Medical Lead Clinical Director and Director of Infrastructure to facilitate
smooth project execution.
The incumbent will be able to organize and administer workflow with the development of
administrative systems that enhance efficiencies and function well under pressure.
This position reports to the Director of Infrastructure for Department of Environment responsibilities
and receives direction from Director of Patient Services.
