The Trip Support Specialist is responsible to the Trip Support Manager for the departmental focal support for fleet trip development and flight following. The Trip Support Specialist will work with the Executive Assistant (EA) group and the PIC to provide safety efficiency and logistical support to all trips
Accountabilities:
- Pre-Trip Coordination: From destination research to scheduling and regulatory alignment.
- Flight Planning: Creating operational and test flight plans managing air traffic control filings assessing routing and fuel efficiency.
- Permits & Compliance: Handling overflight landing permits customs and international requirements.
- Crew & Ground Support: Booking hotels coordinating services like catering fueling cleaning and transport.
- Weather & Safety: Monitoring forecasts briefing crews on NOTAMs supporting emergency protocols.
- Flight Monitoring: Real-time tracking of aircraft and updating stakeholders as needed.

Skills Needed To Be Successful:
- 2 years relevant experience including a strong operational background significant technical knowledge and prior operations experience.
- Experience in Corporate Aviation and Trip Support processes.
- Experience working with flight planning and flight scheduling software.
- Demonstrated strong effective communication in English influencing and organizational skills.
- Competency in computer-based office/MS systems.
- Working knowledge of applicable aviation regulatory requirements
- Demonstrates knowledge of the content of the Flight Operations Manual training manuals Standard Operating Procedures.
