Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify and understand potential clients and their needs.
Build and maintain a database of qualified leads.
Reach out to prospective clients via phone to promote s services and generate sales.
Follow up on leads handle client inquiries and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
Report on market trends client feedback and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in telesales telemarketing or inside sales.
Strong research skills to gather and analyze market information.
Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills in both Arabic and English.
Results-driven mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently stay organized and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Must be based in KSA and ready to work Immediately.
