Advanced SAP SuccessFactors configuration with Compensation EC and reporting expertise

Hybrid and remote working flexibility with 1960 flexible annual hours

Functional consulting role with end-to-end responsibility and global team collaboration

POSITION: Contract: 01 February 2026 31 December 2028

EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years related experience

LOCATION: Hybrid: Menlyn/Home Office rotation

TEAM: SAP Engineering - Payroll & Benefits

The product Payroll & Benefits covers all aspects of payroll accounting including communication with authorities Compensation and Benefits Management and Company Pension.

This includes salary and bonus planning benefits management (Choices) company share and stock option programs company car schemes and German-specific pension schemes (DB DC ZV PVK).

Qualifications / Experience

Minimum mandatory qualifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in any of the modules is a bonus

Minimum mandatory experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration work
  • Proven configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
  • Salary Planning process knowledge
  • Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies
  • Strong commitment to quality

Advantageous experience:

  • Technical knowledge in other SAP SuccessFactors modules (especially EC)
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors Reporting tools (especially Story Reporting)
  • Experience in SAP HCM (H4S4)
  • Proficient in Application Testing for SuccessFactors
  • Exposure to multinational work environments
  • Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement

  • Proven configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
  • Salary Planning process knowledge

Tools & Methodologies:

Role Requirements

Requirements & Configuration:

  • Collaborate with (sub)product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors to meet business requirements
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for functions and products from collecting requirements to implementation and problem solution

Testing & Quality Assurance:

  • Execute SuccessFactors Functional Testing & System Integration Testing to ensure that high quality software standards are achieved at all times
  • Apply test-driven development methods

Agile & Collaboration:

  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives
  • Work according to Agile methods e.g. Scrum
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with IT providers

Documentation & Knowledge Management:

  • Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and processes
  • Create and update knowledge base articles

Support & Operations:

  • Troubleshoot issues as part of the 3rd level team
  • Manage general queries of colleagues and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner

Development & Lifecycle Management:

  • Independent programming of IT Solutions
  • Control and manage the software lifecycle and continuously integrate and deploy IT applications
  • Apply in-depth knowledge and expertise to develop accurate software solutions for products
  • Execute development activities

Team Enablement:

  • Manage and enable internal and external teams to carry out implementation tasks

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices
