Our client is a leading diversified company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Develop and review the overall and detailed plans for each project phase.
- Coordinate assign and supervise work among departments and contractors.
- Complete procedures and adjustments (if necessary) for legal requirements (investment construction environment energy etc.).
- Work with state regulatory agencies to ensure full compliance with all requirements.
- Search for propose and build a network of suppliers subcontractors and partners.
- Conduct assessments of technical capability financial status and reputation of suppliers and contractors.
- Coordinate contract negotiations and manage relationships with partners.
- Monitor and supervise construction activities on-site.
- Ensure quality occupational safety and environmental protection.
- Handle arising technical legal and commercial issues within authority.
- Organize acceptance inspections for each phase and the entire project transitioning to commercial operation phase.
- Work with competent authorities to obtain acceptance of project completion and permission to put it into use.

Requirements
- University degree or higher in Construction Environmental Engineering Energy Project Management or related fields.
- Preferably holds PMP/PMI certification or construction project management certification.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience including at least 3 years in management or deputy management roles.
- Knowledgeable of laws on investment construction bidding environment and energy.
- Experience managing the entire project lifecycle: planning legal affairs partner search construction acceptance and handover
- Ability to read and understand English technical documents.
- Comprehensive project management skills including planning monitoring progress controlling costs quality and risk.
- Skills in evaluating and managing contractors and suppliers including selection negotiation supervision and contract management.
- Communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with contractors partners regulators and internal teams.
- Leadership and team coordination skills for task assignment supervision motivation and handling arising situations.
