Key Responsibilities

• Plan prepare and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 4 pupils
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity confidence and a love of learning
• Monitor pupil progress and use assessment to inform planning and next steps
• Collaborate with colleagues across the school to ensure consistency and high-quality teaching
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupils learning and wellbeing
• Participate in school events staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 ideally Year 4

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
