Role Overview
The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the schools buildings and grounds managing planned and reactive maintenance leading a team of site staff and overseeing health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee upkeep maintenance and security of the school site
Manage site staff and coordinate daily operations
Ensure all health & safety regulations and risk assessments are up to date
Liaise with contractors and external agencies
Support school events and project planning
Requirements
Previous site management or facilities experience in a school or similar setting
Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Ability to work proactively and manage multiple priorities
