The leadership team places a high emphasis on staff wellbeing workload management and tailored ECT support including regular mentor meetings and reduced teaching load.
Maths Department Insight
The Maths department is friendly collaborative and well-resourced with a mix of experienced practitioners and newer staff. The team uses shared schemes of work high-quality resources and regular assessment points to track progress and support differentiation.
The Role
- Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 with the potential for KS5 teaching in the future
- Planning and delivering engaging well-structured lessons under guidance from a dedicated mentor
- Participating in department meetings training sessions and standardisation activities
