Role Overview
Responsibilities include:
Managing the site team and overseeing all maintenance work

Responding to maintenance issues promptly and effectively
Requirements
Experience in facilities or site management
Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance
Ability to lead a team and prioritise tasks
Practical DIY and maintenance skills
