The Role
Teach Science across KS3 and KS4 delivering engaging and well-structured lessons
Contribute to departmental development through curriculum innovation and resource sharing
Use data effectively to monitor progress identify gaps and tailor interventions
Encourage a love of learning through practical experiments enrichment clubs and STEM activities
Maintain excellent classroom management aligned with school policies
Participate in whole-school initiatives CPD programmes and parental engagement
There may also be opportunities to teach A-Level Biology Chemistry or Physics for candidates with relevant experience or specialism.
Experience & Qualifications
Science-related degree
PGCE QTS or equivalent qualification
Strong pedagogical understanding and commitment to evidence-based practice
