Job Summary
Do you enjoy leading complex validation processes and coordinating stakeholders to ensure product excellence in the field of e-mobility
At RDT Ingenieros we are strengthening our automotive validation and quality teams and we are looking for a Test Manager / Error Manager HV Systems to join our projects in the Barcelona Metropolitan Area.
The Test Manager coordinates testing activities plans resources and ensures all test phases are executed according to project milestones. The Error Managerleads issue tracking analysis and resolution across stakeholders.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Create and maintain test plans test catalogues and milestones.
- Coordinate test benches vehicles and internal/external teams.
- Track validation progress and ensure test coverage.
- Manage error tickets (KPM) moderate error rounds and escalate critical issues.
- Prepare documentation for releases (Testkonzept reports status updates).
- Communicate with suppliers brands and internal teams.

What were looking for
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with VWAG tools (System42 DOORS AVW KPM).
- Understanding of HW/SW interactions in HV batteries or energy systems.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive resolution processes.
- Proactive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
